2001 Renault Clio Head knocking and miss firming

Help please done head gasket on a Renault Clio 1.2 16v and now head knocking at 3 and a half revs and miss firing bring on the engine management light. So I plug it in to a mates computer and its coming up with lambda sensor? Any ideas what else it could be change the lambda señor so I know it's not that

Just to add my opinion, id say theres a problem with the fuel or timing as the lambda senses oxygen in the fuel and the misfires would also indicate a lean condition or ignition timing off. Check your timing marks again
