2001 Oldsmobile Intrigue engine. I believe flood damage.

My engine is seizing up. I pulled some of my plugs to cranked my motor to make sure it wasn't my starter, mainly because I just bought one. And it turned of for about five seconds. I know its not good news. But I need to know what I need to do to fix it.

If it was in a flood then scrap the vehicle. Hard telling how many modules have been water damaged causing the problem it would never run right even if you got it running. I know this is not what you want to hear.
