When I turn the headlights on the lighting for the stereo, heat/ac, and instrument panel turn off completely. When the headlights are off, the lights come back on but instrument panel will not fully light up, only the mileage gauge lights. How can I fix this?

It is either the multifunction switch or the dimmer control. You would do best to replace the dimmer controll first as it is cheaper. If your dimmer controll works when the dash lights are on it does not necassarily mean that it is not bad.
