Random beeping?!

About a week ago, when I turned on my 2001 Nissan Altima, it makes this annoying fast paced beep, beep, beep beep sound for about 10 seconds? Can you help me find out what it is?

is there a light blinking like the seat belt light or air bag light??

Yes! When I turn it on for about 5 seconds the air bag and seatbelt lights are in just like all the others but these are the last to turn off.
