Probable Causes

l VAF sensor failed.
L Incorrect fuel pressure.
L Air intake system leak.
L Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) failed.
L Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor failed.
L Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor failed.
L Barometric Pressure (BARO) sensor failed.
L Exhaust system leak.
L Incorrect or contaminated fuel used.
L Powertrain Control Module (PCM) failed.

You don't start replacing components wthout any diagnostics and fuel trim faults involves many components. If you have a scan tool to monitor the vasious components ikely to cause the problem, you might be able to see which is not functioning correctly.

It could even be caused by a clogged air filter.
