Car will not start, new battery and starter, 2001 Mercury Sable

Started it the other day and the radio was working, didn't thing too much about it, when I got back in the car to start it, it wouldn't, radio worked and all my lights came on etc. Towed it home where I replaced the starter and the battery is only a couple weeks old. Started up and everything worked great. The next day I started it up and the radio wouldn't work as before, so when I got back into the car to start it, it wouldn't.

Check fuse 107 and starter relay in battery junction box. Make sure both are good. Check fuse 237 in central junction box under lh dash. Then go from there it could be neutral switch or ign switch
