Where is the fuel pressure sensor located? Is it on top of fuel tank? Passenger or driver side?

The fuel pressure sensor is in the fuel rail on the engine.

The rail on the engine is the "Fuel pressure regulator" not the fuel pressure sensor

If there is a regulator on the fuel rail, then it is not a PWM system and it doesn't have a fuel pressure sensor. The sensor is only used on the PWM regulated system and that may have been on later models.
