instrument cluster not working gauges not working and no lights on cluster, also the steering wheel wont control the radio...

Have you checked the fuses for the cluster gauges and illuminations?
Was anything done prior to this occurring? It could be a fuse or wireharness fauls and would require the meter cluster to be removed to check the wiring.
The steering control should be a separate problem and you need to perform testings to locate the source of the problem.
