2001 Mercedes Benz E320 Mileage

Should I be concerned about the mileage. I plan to drive about 12k per year and hope it will last awhile. Seller as asking $4k. Looks to be in great shape. Negotiable on price. In short, the vehicle condition, inside and out, does not seem to be reflective of the stated mileage.

You need to get it looked over 1st hand, if it has been serviced regularly and there are no signs of odd noises on road test and no signs of fluid leaks, it may be ok, can't really say with out viewing and testing first.
