Check your fuel pressure, it should be 43 psi at idle w/o vacuum and 34psi w/vacuum. Low fuel pressure will cause this. It can also bea bad injector along with low compression but check fuel pressure first. Sometimes the pros have an injector cleaner that will clean a faulty injector. Not the kind oyou get at an auto parts store.

Its an exspensive type that mechancs use to clean injectors. It's to caustic to run through fuel lines and is put directly into the fuel rail when the fuel pump is shut off.
