When my car has a hard time shifting from 2nd to 3rd in auto tranny-what could this possibly indicate?

no check engine light on-fluild just changed and filter also

either a valve body issue or clutches. you need a trans shop to confirm.

Is this a expensive fix-or can I let it go for awhile? Don't want to stick to much in it
