Will a 1999 Hyundai Accent GL transmission fit a 2001 Hyundai Accent GL?

It should fit but ensure the 1999 has the correct gear ratio. 1999 A4AF2 trans for 1.3 SOHC engine has 4.041 final drive whereas the 1.5 SOHC or DOHC would have 3.656, which is the correct one if your vehicle is 1.5L.
