After cold start the vehicle shifts fine and then after it runs for a few minutes the car will not shift and then when you start the car up again the same thing happens and each time you start the vehicle will shift fine then stop shifting at all. Could it be the TCM Module and where is the location? And location for the TCM module fuse. WHat other problem could it be.

This sounds more like a case/valve body problem. Have a trans guy check this out.

Case and or valve body problem is in the transmission itself. If it shifts ok cold then it's got an internal leak or crack the tcm if bad would show up on a scan. A trans guy will do tat anyhow.
