2001 honda passport. Right turn signal works fine. Left turn signal flashes very fast. Outside lights blink the same as inside indicator dash lights. Is this a problem with the relay and where is it located. Or is this a problem with the switch inside the steering column. If it is the switch how difficult a job is it to replace.
thank you

So both front and back lights outside work and both flash fast?If so sounds like it Could be a flasher issue.

Let me rephrase my question. Right turn signal works normal inside and out. Left turn signal blinks very fast inside and out which can't be good for the bulbs. Is it the relay or flasher and where exactly is it located. I looked under dash and hood and could not find it.

I was looking at the wire diagram for the turn signals the flasher/relay uses the same feed for both sides. So I ask again are the front and rear turn signal bulbs working on the let side?Because the fast flash is usually caused by a inop or bad bulb somewhere when the lights are wired like that.
