RPM speedometer wont oprate when start up at all.

Rpm speedometer wont oprate when start up at all engine runs fine but speedometer just stand still it only does it during cold wheather in morning. The check engine light be on.

Have the trouble retrieved and let us know the EXACT code. Most parts stores provides free scanning services but do not change anyhing first as codes do not necessarily mean a faulty component.
