I also have a fog light connected. About a couple of days ago, the fuse for my radio died and I took it in for the tech to replace. Then later that day, my fog lights stopped working. I believe its the relay that's messed up. How do I check it?

Check the fuse first.
You need a test lamp or voltmeter to test the power supply circuit.

Unplug the foglight relay 2.
With test lamp or voltmeter, test terminal # 1 for battery voltage. If battery voltage is not available, check foglight fuse. Replace if necessary and retest.

Use a fused jumper wire across terminal #1 and #3, if foglight light comes on, it could be a faulty relay or switch.

Turn foglight switch on and at relay 2 socket, test for presence of battery voltage. If battery voltage is not available and Fog light switch ON indicator is showing, there is an open in the wire between switch and relay 2.
