How do you get the iginition switch out when it will not turn at all? The steering wheel will turn, but it will not shift out of park.

Th ignition switch may not be the problem. There is a shift interlock solenoid that will prevent the shifter from coming out of "Park". The first things to check are the fuses and the brake light switch. When you step on the brake pedal, do the brake lights come on? Any blown fuses?
