2001 taurus, front end feels like tire wobbling, put outer tie rod on and still does the same thing

Instead of replacing parts, you should takethis in and have a pro look over the front end. Alot of times if you taek it in for an alignment they check the front end for problems and will not align it unless the problems are fixed. You can have a bad ball joint or abunchof other problems inculding tires causing your problem
