My car hesitates under light-mid throttle, its especially noticeable under light acceleration up a hill, or when im cruising around 45mph and start to lightly accelerate, the car will start to "buck" a bit before I start going anywhere. If I floor it, theres no problem at all pulls through all gears fine. Its a 2001 mustang v6 with an automatic transmission, it has 140,000 miles and has had proper maintenance and oil changes, car has had a tune-up at 110,000 mi and the transmission fluid had also been changed

Lack of acceleration, chugging, hesitating********, bogging, misfiring etc. Could be caused by one of the following below

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Crankshaft position sensor
Knock sensor
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard it and keep testing.
