2001 Ford Focus wiring troubleshooting

I have a short, cant seem to find it. Everything seems to be find but one thing it doesnt let the car turn on. It makes this tic tac sound that comes from a relay and it gives you an idea that I must be the battery cause there is nothing coming from the ignition cause there only that tic tac sound not a wineding sound. Where should I start.

Unless you have some electrical knowledge and testing equipment, this may be beyond your ability. I can supply you with the wiring diagram but if you don't know what to do with it, it won't help you much.
