I have a2001 ford f250 5.4l we changed the engine ive checked the wiring harness numerous times changed the coil packs and plugs but still no spark what else could it be 78000mi on the engine we just put in

Does it crank, but no spark, no fuel, compression? Or no crank?

Locate the crank sensor by the pulley, unplug the connector, plug it back and you should feel it click into place. Try to start it. Report back with result.
