Trouble Codes

I have a 2001 Ford F-150 2W V-6. Receiving trouble code readings P0171 and P0174. I need to know what to check to correct problem. Fuel and air filters have been replaced recently. Vehicle misses intermittantly upon acceleration especially on steep grades.

Lean fuel condition could be caused by one of the following below:

1. Vacuum leaks
2. EGR and PCV valve.
3. Low fuel pressure.
4. Dirty fuel injectors.
5. Mass Air Flow Sensor.
6. Oxygen Sensor.
