When my truck warms up it starts to miss really bad. When I let off the gas it stops and when I speed up it doesn't do it, only when at a constant speed. What could it be. I have done a full tune up, changes fuel and air filter, changed throtaling positional sensor.I don't know what to do. The ford dealer wants to charge me to much money and not telling me whats wrong.

Unplug the egr valve and drive truck and see if the skip goes away, its possible its opening fully and causing a lean misfire
