Rough running engine

I recently washed the engine on my 2001 ford expedition and now is running rough. What could be the problem?

Chances are you got one of the coils wet or loosened a plug wire. Check the coils. If the check engine light is on, have the computer scanned so you know what cylender is causing the misfire. THat would make it easier.
