2001 Ford Escape odometer change

On the dashboard under the P R N D 2 1, I believe its the Odometer, last week it was displaying the proper mileage, which was over 100,000 miles, I don't look at it much, but now this week it just displaying numbers 7060, Did I touch something that changed the display? Or is the car warning me of something?

That's probably the "trip mileage". Look for a button to switch between that and the regular mileage.
