The car has not been able to start the carhas been parked in one place for 2 years. New battery has been changed, the battery in the key has also been changed but still it does not start.

Check to make sure the engine is getting spark and fuel to the engine. The spark should be a hot blue spark. Also, if it has set for 2 years, the old gas may not run the engine. You may want to consider changing it. See if it will start with starting fluid. KEEP IN MIND: The plugs may be soaked with old varnished fuel. Consequently, anything you do won't start it. They need checked and replaced if they are soaked. Also, drain the old fuel and replace it with fresh.
