Heater core gets hot, but it will only blow out warm air it never really gets hot. I have changed the thermostat, truck temp. Is normal. Where is the blend control motor located? The repair manuel says there is a cable, but mine doesnt have one.

It does sound like an issue with the blend air door. The door is located on the heater core housing. If you have a cable, it will run from the dash (temp switch) to the door.

No cable, so what changes it from hot to cold?Is there an electric motor somewhere? My repair manuel says there should be a cable from temp control to blend control, I dont have a cable but it goes from cold to warm somehow. Also, when you start the vehicle there is an initial gurgling sound at the heater core.
