#3 cylinder misfire

I changed plugs, wires, cap, rotor even checked compression and all good but the code still pops up even when I clear the code.

Try swapping the injectors between cylinder 3 and one other one to see if the code switches to the new cylinder. Chrysler has extremely little trouble with their injectors, but that's about all that's left. Next would be to remove the valve cover to see if both rocker arms are moving. If one is not, suspect a lobe worn down on the camshaft. That's not common either but you don't want to overlook it.
