2001 Dodge Ram V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My 2001 5.9 ram truck only runs on 2 cylinders I had it diagnosed and only found #1 injector open I replaced and no diferance swapped and tested with another vehicle all the sensors except some just not the crank sensor. What do I look for next?
