How do I get too the fuel pump?

If the fuel pump is inside the fuel tank for a 2001 Dodge Neon. How do I get to it? Is it under the backseat? If so, how do I remove it?

As I said, it is inside the fuel tank. You need to drop the tank low enough to acess the pump.
