Wer'e looking to buy a 2001 Dodge Durango w 119,000 miles. The VIN # is 1B4HS28N61F5535
Will you please tell me if they have alot of mechanical issues?
We have been told they have the following problems:

Transmission Cooler filters keep going out
Poor manifold design
Electric windows
Transmission
Air Conditioning

Can you please comment?

The most common problem with that many miles is the transmission. It is not cheap to replace if it goes bad. As far as the other items you listed, there have been problems, but no more than other vehicles.
