I have a 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport with a 3.3 engine. The A/C compressor clutch seized and I had a new compressor installed. Now, the max air button lights up when pressed but the recirc door doesn't close. I've checked all fuses (all good)and have just copied your guide on checking relays. I have about a.2 reading between the drk blu/wht and the drk blu/gry wires at the back of the climate control and at the vent behind the glove box, whether the max air button is activated or not. How can I tell if it's an electrical problem or if the door has broken?

If its the fan not working on max check for power(fuse box failure very common)

and or suspect a bad blower motor resister

Heater, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) control module is capable of storing active and stored Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) or fault messages. An active code indicates that a fault currently exists. A stored code indicates that a problem had occurred in system, but is not currently present. Active codes cannot be erased until cause of fault has been repaired or no longer is present. When an active code is no longer detected, it is converted into a stored code and will remain set until code has been erased

Set parking brake and block wheels. Place transmission gear selector in Park position, or shifter in Neutral position. Start engine, and allow engine to idle. Using scan tool, select HVAC control module and check all DTC/fault messages present which are currently set (active) or stored in HVAC control module memory (stored). Active DTC/fault messages take priority over stored DTC/fault messages
