One mechanic thought it was because I need the alarm pad for my keys. I got the light switch changed. When im driving if I got the radio or A/C on, it will all keep going in and out making car jerk in and out.

Hi, I have a 2001 Dodge Caravan Sport and when im driving for a split second the power jumps in and out which triggers the auto lights and wind shield wipers to go off and on?
