I can't get the rear rotors off on my Daewoo Leganza. Is there a special trick? All bolts are loosened that I can see. The rotor appears loose, but it just won't come off

With the caliper removed and the locating screw in the face of the hub removed the rotor should fall off, it may be rusted on so a sharp blow with a soft hammer may help.

Thanks for the quick response. It wiggles like it wants to come off but it looks like something is holding inside of the hub.

The handbrake may be dragging or there may be a broken spring, check for an adjustment at the lever end and back it off, there is an adjusted in the brake ass, but you need the rotor off to access it, you may have to undo the cable to back off enough to release the shoe, see how you get on.
