Scan for codes, check fuel pressure and clean throttle plate on boh sides as it may be sticking. If cable controlled throttle check for damaged cable at engine and pedal sides. Also check for a vacuum leak.

I notice when check underneath their was a slight when I came a halt and look. It was not alot, but it this oil type substance.
