Ack like it out of gas

2001 pt cruiser manual little over 100k miles all of a sudden it start acting up it will drive fine then I'm going down the road it acts like it out of gas kinda(has full tank ) will not let me shift out of first or go over 20 mph I let the car sit and go back out to have someone else see what it doping it run fine for a day or so then dose it again. I just had the o2 sensoer replaced two weeks ago and we checked the brakes. Power stering pump was replaced a months ago.

You might suspect a plugged pickup screen inside the gas tank. Also check for any stored diagnostic fault codes. Many auto parts stores will read them for you for free. They will lead you to the correct circuit or system with the problem, not necessarily the defective part.
