Why won't it start?

It has been sitting in the driveway for a couple of months, we thought it might be the battery, tried boosting it, but it just makes clicking noises when you try to start it. A few times it seemed like it was about to start, but never did.

IF you are getting a clicking from the starter, there isn't enough power to crank the engine. Try fully recharging the battery to see if that makes a difference. You may want to have the battery tested at a parts store to make sure it is doing its job.
