It starts first time every time, and it will run all day if sitting still, but if I take it up the road it will cut out after a few minutes and won't start again. Also the warning lights don't go out for the track control and the abs. This happend the same time as the other problem.

Your going to have to get a scan on the car from a professional scan tool not the ones the auto parts stores have to scan codes and they sell. That's for the abs and traction lights.I would scan it with a diyer scan tool for the dying and not starting. When it does and won't start have you checked for spark yet?

I haven't got one of those. I can't get it to a professional unless I can get it there on a trailer. How do I check it myself for spark?

Take a spark plug hook it to the spark plug boot ground the plug to the engine and crank the engine see if you see spark when it won't start? Also see if you can rent a code reader from auto zone.
