I have a 2001 chrysler concorde with the 2.7 liter motor. My wife was driving it when she lost power steering, the brake got hard, and it started to smoke. There is a milky fluid on the oil cap, the coolaint res is empty, but the car started back up and everything is fine on it but I shut it right back down. What happened?

The cap doesn't matter. Is the oil level showing any coolant? You need to pressure test the cooling system to find out where the coolant went. Do not run the engine. You may have already done serious engine damage from getting it too hot.

Trust me I'm not doing another thing. It can be towed to the shop, and I will just pray it isnt gone. I am just wondering what it could be, and how to tell if it is gone.

You could have a leaking intake gasket but if it overheated prior to that, it could be much more serious.

A leaking intake gasket? That is right on top of the motor under that black plastic housing, someone put in new valve cover gaskets awhile ago could that have anything to do with this?

That won't put coolant in the oil unless it was run hot enough to blow a head gasket also.
