15 def fuse keeps blowing

The heater doesnt work at all switch out the 15 def fuse in the fuse block and it blows fine for a little bit then blows the fuse again. What could be the problem?

If the fuse keeps blowing then that means that something in the system is drawing too much current. It is most likely the blower motor or the blower motor resistor. It will need to be tested to be sure.

Do you know where those are located and how to test them and a spec at all?

The blower motor is located under the dash on the right side. There are usually a couple of screws that hold it in.
The resistor is near the blower motor in the blower case.
To see how much current it is drawing just hook up an ampmeter in series with the wiring then see how many amps it is drawing.
