Hard starting after it sits 10 or 15 min. After driving it. I put a new fuel pump, plugs &wires, cap & rotor, ignition coil, new ignition module, new vaccum lines checked fuel pressure 60psi when key is turn on . And drops to 55psi after started. So good pressure.

If it's a 4.3L it should be 60-66psi while idling then shut truck off and leave gauge connected it should not drop more than 5 psi after 10 minutes.

Put fuel pressure gauge and turned key on and got 59psi after a hour it drop to 45psi went to turn key on and psi didn't go back up it stayed at 45psi. So I repeated the samething and the psi went up this time. So I have a bad fuel pump your ignition switch. P.S. The wires on the fuel pump have good connection.

First what engine then go from there if it is a 4.3 you need to check the fuel pressure regulator it is under the top part of manifold. Sounds like that is bad
