2001 Chevrolet Malibu heater/AC fan

Heater/ac fan not working. Heat coming from vents. No blowing air. Replaced the ac/heater relay with no help..

I'd have to check the fan circuit for voltage and ground with blower turned on. If good voltage and ground with no blower operation, suspect the blower motor.

Just to add, at the blower motor, purple wire is voltage, black wire is ground. In the diagram for manual hvac, see the high blower relay? When the relay is not energized, there is voltage for lower speeds, lower speeds use a resistor. When relay is energized only voltage for high speed, high speed doesn't use a resistor.
