2001 Chevolet Impala, 145000 miles. When the car is going down the road at any speed, it is fine going straught or turning left, but when it is turning right there is a noise and you can feel it in the steering wheel and front end. We had this problem about 5 years ago when we took the car to get tires. They simply tighten somthing in the front end, and this corrected the problem. Now it is back again. What they tighten is not on the ticket, and I don't remember what they said that they did. What do you think is loose?

Sounds like a possible bad hub bearing. It needs to be inspected ASAP in case it's something more serious.

I don't think they tightened the bearings. Is there anything else, such as cradle mounts, or intermediate shaft?
