Driver and passenger side electric windows stopped working today. Have tested motor inside panel and neither side is getting fire. Changed fuses and that's not the problem. What's next?

Remove the window switch and see if their is power to the switch and it's sending power to the l/side motor and the r/side window switch.

No power is going to the regulator (this is in the fuse panel in the passenger side floorboard) for right or left windows. If it's not getting power here it wouldn't be getting power to the switch, would it? Thanks
