Was Dist to rotor position marked as well as base position to block? Has engine been rotated with DIST out?

If base to block not marked before removal will be a bit tricky. If can get DIST in down and seated and only off a bit then will be able to rotate to get into time. No 1 at TDC rotor should end up pointing at No. 1 position on cap
