I have 2001 Chevy Blazer. It won't start.
When I pour gas into the intake manifold, then it starts.
I changed the fuel pump and fuel filter, but it is the same.
I checked the relay and fuses and they are OK.
What should I do next?
Thanks for your help.

Fuel pressure is about 60 62 psi for few seconds when the fuel pump is running. When fuel pump stops, it drops down to 52 54 psi right away. Please let me know what you think, thanks.

You are losing pressure somewhere and you need to find out where. It could be the check valve in the fuel pump, the injectors or the regulator. You can isolate which it is by pinching off the lines at specific points ant watching what the effect is on the rest pressure drop off.
