As I was driving today I noticed that my car did not have much acceleration as I applied the Gas. It seemed like it was bogging and just didn't have any power.

It kinda reminded me of when I had a 77 corvette it made like a bogging noice from the carborator.

Could be caused by one of the following below

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Crankshaft position sensor
Knock sensor
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard it and keep testing.

The popping noise usually is an indication of lack of fuel or wrong fuel mixture
Check fuel pump and fuel pressure
If ok and no check engine light on
Suspect MAF sensor, clean it 1st
