Really is a classic tire problem discription. Does steering wheel/dash shake or seat? Does vibration stop if places trans in neutral and coast?

Possably a bad rim. Check for excessive wheel weights on the rims also

If you have vogues, you could have tire seperation problems. I would recommend balance of wheel/tire assemblies with load force balance equipment.

My 01 deville also have a shaking problem that occurred shortly after a wheel alignment and I was told to check my tires and noticed that two were shot should I try to replace tires/rims or just tires?

I had my wheels balanced and the tech showed me that I had a flat spot on the rim on the inside of the rim. He said Cadillac's can not be more then.022 out of balance or you will fill it in the car. Most car can be.032 before you fill it shake. If you fill it in the steering wheel the problem is in the front wheels if not its in the rear. Good luck

They need to preform a runout test on that on all the rims to see if its a problem.
