2001 catera cylinder misfire code showed bad coils replaced coil packs and the car is still throwing misfire code could this be due to a bad mass air flow sensor or vacuum leak?

No, probably not the MAF sensor. Try replacing the wires and plugs on the misfiring cylinders or or all if you can those should be the only the parts of the ignition system that could have a fault after the coil. See if that works. Also try a fuel injector cleaner, carbon deposit buildup on the tip of a fuel injector can also cause a misfire although its not as likely with your relatively low mileage.

Ok thank you will try also found that oil is leaking into the spark plug wells which tells me that the head gasket is blown but there are no signs of oil mixing with coolant could this be a clogged oil port which is causing the oil pressure to build up
