I have a 2001 bmw 530i, sometimes when i want to go fast i rev my engine and 95% of the time the car looses most of its power and the check engine light turns on. I bought the car used and it was in perfect condition. Now after 1 year it started having this issue. I have changed the sparkplugs, the valve cover gasket, have given it its usual tuneup, but the problem is still there.
